Shipping.

Orders ship from Oregon within two business days. Standard shipping is $6 to the United States and Canada and lands in one to two days on the West Coast, longer further out. Orders over $50 ship free. Next-day delivery by 8pm is $14. Tracking reaches you by email the moment the label prints.

Everything ships in a plain box with no logo, no branded tape and no invoice on the outside. Ceramic and glass are packed with extra protection; if something arrives damaged, email a photo within seven days and we'll replace it or refund it — see returns.

Age-restricted items are sold only to adults 21 and older. An adult signature may be required on delivery where state law requires it, and we do not ship to states or localities where the sale of these items is prohibited. Butane torches, where offered, ship empty and without fuel.
