Returns.

Unused items in their original packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email hello@craftdabblerco.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within two business days.

Damaged or defective: send a photo within seven days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund in full, shipping included. Keep the item — there's no sense paying postage on something broken.

For hygiene reasons, used items can't be returned unless they are defective. Return postage on a non-defective return is yours. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.

Tip care, briefly

Iso soak, warm rinse, air dry. A ceramic tip outlives three cheap ones, so treat it like it cost more. Silicone bodies are dishwasher-safe; the tip is not.
